1. Product details
The battery capacity of the product is 200mAh and there are 8 modes and 19 levels which are beat/massage/activation/train/knead/shaping/extrusion/slap, 1-19 intensities, you could select the different mode and level for different purpose to alleviate and lessen the discomfort in your feet and legs.
2. Must read before use
(1) When using the mat, the controller will automatically shut down every 15 minutes(recommended-used time per day), if you want to continue using, pls switch on manually.
(2) Don’t use when charging. The red light is on when the controller is charged and the red light is off when it is fully charged.
(3) We advise that you sit down when using the product.
3. How to use
(1) Snap the little controller on the mat.
(2) Move both your bare feet to the mat.
(3) Press button “+” to switch on and increase the intensity.
(4) Press button “M” to change the mode.
(5) Press button “-” to shut down and decrease the intensity, when it shows “0” on the LCD display, it means the controller has been shut down.
Note: Pls set the lower intensity at the first use and then adjust to the intensity which is suitable for you after adapting to the lower intensity.
4. Important Tips
The mat is not waterproof, so don’t put it into the water or wash it with water, if you want to clean it, pls wipe it with warm wet cloth.
